The firm
A small firm, built for consequential moments.
CrestPoint exists for companies facing a real decision: a raise, a sale, a workout, or a back office that can no longer keep up.
The firm
CrestPoint runs a deliberately small senior bench, extended by the automation systems we build and a network of specialist partners.
We are built for companies at inflection points: raises, sales, workouts, and the moments when the finance function has to change.
Our work starts with the business itself: financial models built down to the KPI level, and time on the floor with the people who know the work best.
We are operational by instinct and financial by training. Operations, sales, and marketing all get our attention, always through the finance lens.
Operating principles
Principal-led
Every engagement is led by a senior principal. The person you meet is the person who does the work.
Say the hard thing early
We tell you what we see, even when it is not what you want to hear.
Build systems, not dependencies
We build reporting and processes your team can run without us.
If we are not the right fit, we say so
We would rather tell you now than take on an engagement we cannot deliver.
