Probity is our diligence software for people buying a small business. It reads three years of the seller’s tax returns, rebuilds seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE) from them, and walks line by line from that number to the broker’s.
Every figure links to the tax-return page it came from, so the buyer, their advisors, and their lender can check the work.
CrestPoint builds and operates Probity. It is live at useprobity.com, and a buyer’s first deal is free.

Creator App Studio designs and ships companion apps for media creators and their audiences.
